ℹ️Bans & Cooldowns

Different types of bans: In Counter Strike:Global Offensive there is both permanent and temporarily bans. Here i will briefly describe what the certain bans and cooldowns is caused by and why you got them:

Matchmaking Cooldown (Temporarily) The cooldown kinda describes it self, but this ban was intended to make it harder to smurf. You will get a 21 hour ban if you win 2 times within 21 hours, this cooldown doesn't show on your Steam profile. "Congratulations on your recent competitive wins! before you play competitive matches further please wait for the match making server to calibrate your skill group placement based on your latest performance."

Classic Competitive Cooldown (Temporarily) You can get these cooldowns for kicking teammates, killing teammates and abandoning the match (If you abandon and don't make it back within 3 minutes, the system will also give you a cooldown). "If you abandon a match then Classic Competitive will be unavailable for a period of time. The first abandon has a 30-minute cool down, the second is 2 hours, then 24 hours, and one week. If you haven’t abandoned for a week you would cool down by one level (for example, from 24 hours back to 2 hours)." >>Counter Strike Blog The cooldown levels vary in time, this is the following cooldown levels: 1: 30min 2: 2 hours 3: 24 hours 4: 7 days These cooldowns reset every week, if you haven't done anything. This cooldown doesn't show on your steam profile either.

VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat) Ban (Permanent) Valve Anti-Cheat is valves Anti-Cheat system. All VAC bans are permanent, Valve has a zero-tolerance policy for cheating and will not lift VAC bans under any circumstances. The VAC system is automated and is not controlled my humans, if a user connects to a VAC-Secured server from a computer with detected cheats installed, the VAC system will ban the user from playing on VAC-Secured servers in the future. While CSGO Server admins is able to ban you from their server, they are not able to VAC Ban you. "While server admins may choose to ban specific players, server admins cannot VAC ban players. The VAC system is automated - contacting Steam Support to report cheaters is not necessary, nor will Steam Support act on any information provided.">>Steam Support You cannot get VAC Banned for:
